Depiction won't save and quit

I try to quit depiction, saving the changes, and it saves stuff, then goes back to normal. I did this maybe three times, then did a video of it for you. :-> Quitting without saving quits, but it won't quit with saving.

Odd issue

Does this happen with any file? I.e., can you open one of the installed sample files and use the Save As button to save it somewhere else and exit?

I suggest you uninstall and reinstall Depiction.

Not happening now

I shut down my computer after that glitch with Depiction. Today I read the post here, tried a sample depiction, saved as another name, opened it and changed and quit with save changes -- no problem.

I opened my regular depiction file, made changes, quit with save changes, no problem.

I'm going to consider it a nonreproductive glitch and let it go at that unless it happens again. Then I'll un-re-install Depiction as a prophylactic measure.

You'll find it in (Depiction.Error.txt):
XP: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Depiction\Depiction
Vista/7: C:\Users\AppData\Local\Depiction\Depiction

Some of the folders may be hidden, so you'll need to make those visible via Tools menu & Folder options.

Send it to support@depiction.com
This will help us find the error. If you don't find a log, it's definitely a one-off.
Can you post a follow up video of it working?
