If I use a LAT/LON for the LOCATION parameter on the subject line (instead of an address) of a Live report, it will not "plot" the element on the map if I include the "N" with the LAT and the "W" with the LON.  The live report is received and if you look under Manage Elements you can see the new element.  It even shows the "postion" as it was in the subject line, although it will strip the "N" and the "W" from the LAT/LON.  Sending the LAT/LON without the "N" and "W" and everything seems to work fine.
